How do I find the location of a business?

I know who the victim is employed by, but I cannot find an address except for the building itself. Is there a way to actually narrow it down to the exact address of the office?

it's in the phone directory, ie you'd go to the c tab to look for commerce and sons

It just mentions a building, but I realized it's because it doesn't have a number. It was in the back of an apartment building with its own entrance.

the phone directory allows you to directly toggle tracking to follow an arrow to where you want to go, pretty sure it leads you directly to the door of the place even if it's an office
