At least for now, seems there are only options of customizing name, gender and skin color in starting a new game. No way to choose hair color, eyes' color or height&weight...

Not really. You might be able to hide a littlebit better, but that's barely useful in most situations. Though i often go for it, because everything gets a littlebit more challenging^^

Being bigger on the other hand allows to reach the cameras and lasers, but it shouldn't be maxed out, otherwise you don't get through doors easily anymore
