Report a translation problem
If the only info I have is eye color and building, I might just delete the case and find another one. -But if I get the floor number or work place, I might go and check it out and see if I can get more info by talking to people. If you left click the person that's in front of you, the F menu will pop up and give you the information that you can see, like height, eye color, hair color, if they are wearing glasses etc, which might be enough to identify the target further.

I believe it is an oversight that you have that as an identifier. You can always drop the case with no penalty and grab a different one.
As of now, clubs doesn't exist, so there's no way to reverse engineer that information properly, unless you already have an idea of which people you need to ask.
if you ask neighbors who know the person the will mention stuff like that
