Other ways to get people to talk to you besides money?

Just wondering if there’s a way to convince people to speak with you besides paying them. Seems kind of random.

You can cuff them and they're chattier then - then release them after. They'll be pissed and might attack you though, I've only done it once and the room mate snuck up on me and knocked me out.

Ah okay, I’ve tried talking to them after cuffing them but it hasn’t changed much, still they tell me to ♥♥♥♥ myself.

Anybody know if there’s any consequence of cuffing the wrong person or too many people?

There is also an upgrade that increase the chance of people talking without beeing bribed

Also the higher your social credit level the more likely you'll get an answer. Or at least that's what the demo said.
