Aah... But of course... Maybe I have amnesia... LOL
Didn't see Decker having these woes... Maybe I need to get off the Bladerunner train. Also, the other NPC's don't seem to share the protagonists' troubles. They sit on benches in the rain waiting patiently for me to show up and talk to them, without getting 'the shakes'.

It's pretty awesome that they let us tweak it so much. Still want hunger but don't like cold or stink debuff? You can set it up that way.
