Perfect, thank you!
Follow-up question if you happen to know the answer...
The only bed item I could find was the bedroll, but it does not seem to allow me to sleep on it. Any ideas?
Do a search for "bed" and they'll both turn up.
I will say, save and restart the game after you are done editing your home; I've noticed some hard to describe glitches with the menus overlapping and interfaces not matching up after editing and shopping for furniture.
Strange, didn't find it when I searched "bed" before! But it's definitely there. Thanks!
Follow the main quest, it should still be directing you, you're suppose to go talk to someone who'll give you a new apartment to start out from.
It should!? After solving the first case nothing else happened... And when I try to archive the case it tells me it cannot be archived at the time...
That means you still need to go talk to someone. Not sure if it'l tell you without the hints but there was a specific file you had in your house talking about housing aid for out of work police officers, and who to talk to, thats who you're suppose to talk to.
When I opened the game now, it acted as if I never arrested the main suspect for the first case, and that I hadn't solved the case. Going to their apartment, nobody was there.
When I had actually completed the case, I remembered seeing that note, so I went back and looked at it. I tracked the person to their work, but going in was trespassing, and I eventually just gave up...
But it looks like my original save may be borked, so I started a new sandbox one.
Is there a lot of "story" to the tutorial city beyond findind the person who helps with housing?
Nope, after that point you get a apartment, a small tutorial telling you about how you can customize how your apartment looks and what furniture it has, and you're off on your own to make it to the fields.
