Liking the game so far. Of course there are oddities but I get the early access thing. I really dig the whole procedural city setup, it must be really complex to get it right.
Don't forget: Offer them a light if you have a match or lighter! That would be so immersive feeling.
to clear out of a crime scene I wanted to investigate and got so sad when I realized I couldn't ruin my investigator health.
Jokes aside, its true that it would make the game more fun and immersive.
It was a great little detail in The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa, for example.
Love these ideas.
The only thing that would be better than "smoking because immersion" is if there was even a purpose to it.
To stay away from the "encouraging smoking" take, it could be that some people like it, and some don't. Offering a smoke to the wrong person could make them like you less.
And let the criminals smoke!!!! Cigarettes or tobacco at the scene of the crime, a pack of cigarettes from a place they went to... and investigate !!!!
I just managed to finally quit smoking over a year ago. Will smoking in the game mean that I have fallen off the wagon?
:-)
