Any advice for tail and acquire?

I've missed the handover meeting trying to find the one with the briefcase before the handover and all I was able to do was find the person who matched the description of who was going to handover the briefcase to the other guy over CCTV.

I tried checking my suspected recipient's home and workplace but couldn't find the suitcase at either location.

So in the event I try this again... any tips?
Would I be able to see this briefcase in their hands or is it hidden out of sight?

I try about 10 time those mission. I failed 8/10. The only way i found is running all over the edge of the city until the meeting is done (you receive a notifiction). Then i run across the city and look for someone with a breifcase about 10 minutes. If nothing i dissmiss the case.

Sad those quest are not working proprely, because they are my favorites.

Yes, you'll see the briefcase in their hands. In my case, the recipents then carried it home and deposited it there.

But if you're unlucky & miss the carrier in the beginning, it's better to reload or just abandon the case.

Hang around the exit of whatever building you got the call from. Someone will exit the building within a few minutes with a briefcase.
