Resident files should list ALL RESIDENTS.

I don't know why I have to say this, but apparently I do...
Resident files at the moment only mention one person in an apartment, even if there are two people living there. All roommates / partners are excluded. Short of calling/breaking into every single room in the building, if all you have to go on for a side job is "They live here, and their name starts with [letter]", and they aren't the one paying the rent, I'd prefer a slightly more considered approach then brute forcing answers in my detective game, because there are no other systems short of brute forcing it.

The thing is, every filing cabinet I've checked has been mostly empty. 3 cabinet slots, only 1 is filled. Frankly, the game is already set up for that sort of thing. I very much doubt even in Very Large Cities, which don't work very well at the moment anyway, you would need to do more then fill the existing cabinet- And if you need another one, so what? Or just a taller variety of filing cabinet. Maybe make it an app on the Landlord's computer like the sales receipt app.
