In my experience the building;s CCTV doesn't have the cameras inside apartments. Only the ones in the hallways
And only some computers in the apartments seem to have the surveillance app to view records of the in-apartment cameras.
I want the ones in the hallway. I just want to see who arrived at my victims house the past 12 hours because I have 0 leads lol
The interface for using the cameras is a bit poor, unfortunately, but if you have absolutely no other leads, you can get pictures of everyone who was in the area and ask all the people in the building if they know them. Once you find one person willing to look at your files, they'll be willing to look at all the pictures, though they might just tell you where they often hang out, and you can go ask someone there.
Though this is a stretch- I'd check all the business partners for prints and everyone in their address book first before I resorted to CCTV.
