do the TVs work?

i notice in the trailer on steam the TV has a moving picture but in my game its just a blank white light

I have the same thing, I tried to verify in settings but didn't found anything:(

It was working fine in the previous update. I haven't checked the newest one, but if it isn't working like before it's likely a bug.

Yeah, dev must fix this.

I do know that in the credits there are 3 voice actors doing the audio portion of the TV but I don't think that there is a visual representation of it

I remember seeing pure white TV before, but yesterday I turned on a TV in my apartment and it had a picture... I mean it was static, but there it was.

I found some small images for the TV in the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Shadows of Doubt\Shadows of Doubt_Data\StreamingAssets\Broadcasts\ClawOfTheFathomsScene1

I wouldn't advise touching them, but there are the .png files that should be on your TV
