Add the fact that we can kill people

hear me out so we cant kill anyone no matter what we could smash someone in the head with a bucket 500 times and they would be fine but if an NPC did then they would die. Plus imagine having 2 roles one where your a detective and the other where you do the murders like watching the police try to figure out who did it and then if they find out its you they find your address (in game of course) and you go to jail for 3 minutes? and maybe you can buy gloves to hide fingerprints and night vision goggles if your target is going to go to sleep. This post prob wont be seen by the devs and if it is my idea will certainly NOT BE ADDED. But maybe just MAYBE the devs could add the steam workshop so mod makers can make stuff for the community it would be cool for that.

Actually, the only entity in the entire game that can kill is the murderer.

Enforcers can't kill.

Other residents can't kill.

The player can't kill

Even the turrets you see everywhere can't kill.

Literally ONLY the murderer can kill- And they can only kill their current target; they can't even kill anything that interrupts them, like their target's partner or anyone on the street nearby when it happens.


As for steam workshop, I'd be down with it, but, steam workshop also sucks as far as modding solutions go. Like, it's literally the worst option of them all, it's only popular because it's so insanely convenient to use for steam games.

Fair warning that using said mod is liable to ruin any save you kill people in, though. The game isn't built for anyone but the murder to kill.

i think people fail to understand that every single NPC in this game is tied together in a fundamental way- everyone connects to eveyrone else in several different ways. When a murderer strikes, the game does a multitude of things to prepare for it, as it's not just "flip the dead switch on this npc"
