Unexpected error (13:6)

Just installed The Chronicles of Riddict: Assault on Dark Athena and when I try to play the game I get this error "Unexpected error (13:6)". This is on the activation screen, I entered my CD Key exactly as STEAM says my CD Key is. Has anyone had this same problem?

yeah install tages. I install the game off the cd and everytime in install it on another lattop that i use i have to install tages follow the link above and download the right version for your operating system and give it a crack.

I removed the copy protection.

Download only the 32bit version of the driver.

I used to get 13:6, then I went and installed Tages. That got rid of the 13:6. Of course, that came with a brand new problem.

This loserish copy protection needs to be removed. Steam hasn't done it yet so for my own use I simply removed it using tools available on the internet. I sincerely wish it could have been done another way but after talking with Tages I wasn't really getting anywhere with their crappy CS.

it does not work at all i even called gamestop.com surport they think it on the steam problem

I used tools available to anyone that are made from particular groups out on the internet. The problem is not a Steam issue. It's only a T@ges issue. Once fixed via removal the game plays fine.
