1) Make sure to close Steam

2) Follow this tutorial to disable the Compatibility Mode: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7153-AHJV-4256

3) Once this mode is disabled, you can launch the game.

Can you try to launch your steam client and update the game?

It should fix the issue.

Let me know if it works on your side.

What do you mean by update? I restarted my Steam client, validated integrity, and uninstalled/reinstalled. Even running as Admin crashes.

Hey Su no luck on that just tried restarting the Steam Client and tried updating aka validating steam files this was after a PC restart also

But srly i dont want change my whole pc setup to play a game
