I know there are a ton of custom graphic mods out there, surely there's one that mods Roo and Skate to not be pixelated and even look like SoR4 character's styles.
You should try the 'pixelized' retro versions of some of the characters given that the differences are not just cosmetic, they play differently too.
I think development on this game ended long ago so I would be very surprised to learn of plans to add more content.
He is saying that he does not like playing as 16-bit sprites in a brand new game. Shame, Roo is OP.
