I'm not thrilled. For some odd reasons I get the same level of dread than when I heard about THAT Street Fighter movie. You know the one.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! It's being written by the guy who created John Wick! Seeing as how good the Sonic movies are, this could very well solidify the dawn of good videogame movies.

If they keep the movie with 80s or early 90s action movie vibe it might work :)

They have to make the movie dark and brutal(in its fight, see Raid 2 and Night of the Operator, for examples, brilliant actions), its the only way. Or else it comes out as cheesy and corny.
