New Cherry and Adam OTG's useless?
You cannot combo after Cherry jumping down attack or Adam neutral special as OTG without doing a star move so what even is the point?

Axel's new OTGs seem useless as well, but for different reasons. You can combo after them but they're way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow to actually use as OTGs.

Cherry and Adam's OTGs look more like they're more for finishing off low health enemies, whereas Axel's OTG's are actually VERY useful. I dunno how they're slow, maybe you need to just do them sooner and closer?

So far I've found Axel's OTG's to be quite handy but further experimentation is required.
As for Cherry's OTG I haven't found it useful yet, but it's early days and I wouldn't be surprised if someone finds something fun to do with it.

The Neutral Special OTG for Axel can be useful in the corner because of wallbounces and you can do some nice combos with it. The grand upper OTG hit is terrible though. It's only the last hit, making it too slow for most uses, can't combo off of it in most situations and when you can you can only combo into forward special. The air special OTG is vastly superior to Grand Upper.

Cherry's added jump cancel ability for her uppercut moves add a lot of combo potential to her, but the OTG itself doesn't bounce enemies up enough, they just immediately get grounded again and your combo ends.

Adam's neutral special OTG would be good if he could cancel out of it or had less recovery. As it is now the enemy will be on the ground again before you have a chance to do anything.

Just being able to jump cancel the 4th hit of Blaze's combo gave her way more new stuff than most of the other characters with new OTGs and massive changes.

Yeah, I also find Axel's new GP OTG terrible. It can be useful in 2P as a launcher but it gives very little time to continue the chain if you're playing with a random. It's good that the distance Axel covers with his GP is greater but ...I don't find these changes of any use to me. Probably will help those who struggled with Axel before. That's the only excuse I can come up with for these changes.

Most of the changes are good. The quicker jump gives every SoR4 character new combo tools, the neutral special OTG with Axel gives him cool stuff in the corner, Cherry and Blaze have some dope stuff cuz of the jump cancels and all of the balancing changes and the ability to special out of recovery frames or hitstun are all very good changes.

Cherry OTG, Adam OTG and Grand Upper just confuse me though. Not a whole lot of use for them.

For real. Neutral jump attack was always the superior wall bounce.

Adam's OTG is useful in the corner. You can do a small combo after it like jump d+attack x 2 -> Air Special.

Axel defensive special has great combo potential in the corner, like this :

I'm not a fan of Grand Upper OTG, you can only link it to Offensive Special in the corner on standard weight enemies.
