Hardest boss/es?

Easily the train with Ester and the 2 commissioners on mania. Good lord he’s hard enough to read/dodge solo, especially when there are two of him, less movement space and Ester backing him up.

Second hardest for me, not too bad compared but maybe Barbon, it feels like 50/50 that you will stun him with a punch before he punches you, I can beat him on mania but I’m still not confident enough to reliably dodge/counter his range and first punch.

Easiest was definitely Max after I realised you just walk away from him when you see him charging, but lay into him when you see a grab coming as you can 100% escape it risk free.

I don't play on mania but I think that dominatrix lady on the ship (3rd act I suppose) - is the easiest

I don’t know who is the hardest. At high difficulty levels, I can lose to any boss if I relax, because I’m an ordinary player. But my favorite boss is the second. What power, what pressure, what courage!!

Commissioner and Diva are the hardest. Estel is only difficult because of her back ups, on her own she is not that hard to handle. Double Divas are not as hard since they are not as agressive, plus the poison one is so much weaker.

The other bosses are all pretty easy. At best, they can be annoying and tedious, but not difficult.

Final boss strikes me as the hardest, mainly due having a ton of HP, finnicky hitbox on the robot thingie, and somewhat unpredictable patterns due to dealing with two enemies at once.

Estel (round 2) can be tricky, but if you avoid the commissioner(s) and focus on comboing her into submission, she's not that hard - the trick is to fling grenades back at your enemies, which can do wonders for controlling your space and not letting them get to you.

Diva is easy-peasy, she's pretty much a non-threat with characters who can dash/run.

Yea, I probably vote for Estel round 2 on mania. not just the 2 commisioner, her grenade also could makes a treat because could miss spotted with other grenade and chaos of fight.

Barbon is also the second before but the more I fight him, he is not a treat anymore once you know how to dodge his triple attck just by neutral jump hahaha

Max is the easiest boss.

Estelle is easy alone, but with 2 commissioners, kinda stupid. I mean why there is 2 commissioners? It's ridiculous.

Barbon is faster than Diva and anti airs too. Commissioner himself has screen wide grabs, super armor on every attack, and cant be juggled as easy.

If other enemies besides the boss "doesnt count", then how exactly is Diva the hardest boss in the game when she has less tools than other bosses and can be juggled?

Kind of embarrassing to show how little you know, but its no surprise when someone says Diva is the hardest boss in the whole damn game.

Commisioner is the hardest enemy for me and the one which takes the most health of me. The easiest is the retro knife weildng boss from streets of rage 2

When the regular enemies start coming on to you on the first boss, that's when it starts getting hard. Also I cannot understand her super armour at all and when I punch her, she suddenly kicks me away.

To me, diva is the hardest boss. Harder than shiva, harder than those two whip ladys, harder than Mr Y or Ms Y, harder than Max, Harder than commissioner. I have the right to my opinion.
I can win every other boss without death, but not diva.

I'd say overall that Commissioner is the hardest boss if we're only considering the boss himself. The rest of them are stupid levels of easy. Boss Rush really shows that the boss design is kind of lacking... It's the adds that are most problematic.
