Blaze Voice
i really like blaze's new moveset. she is hands down my favorite character in the game right now, BUT why did you have to give her the voice of a 12 year old anime girl? she is a woman in her 30s for gods sake.

I never understood this myself. but there seems to be a culture of people that love this aspect of the anime aesthetic, which this game leans into.

This game made in Japan, later in USA free with new name streets of rage, real name bare of knuckle

DUDE I thought the forums would be ablaze (no pun intended) with topics about this. This was so jarring for me. She's aged 10 years and I'm guessing should be in her late 30's or 40's and she sounds like a damn 8 year old Chinese girl. DAAAAFUUUUUQ?????

Uh no it wasn't, her voice gradually progressed in terms of sounding her age in each entry, in 4 it seems she regressed back to the screechy SOR1 voice.
In SOR3 for example she does clearly sound like an older woman saying "Soul Fire".

Word. Her voice sucks. This game is amazing no doubt, but i question quite a few of the design choices the devs made.

in streets of rage 3, she sounded in her 20s, which she was btw. her voice kinda reminded me a bit of chun-li. but in streets of rage 4, she sounds like 12. the problem isnt that she sounds anime. the problem is that she sounds like a tsundere loli, which is pure cringe for a 30+ year old woman.

You seriously think her voice is of a 12 year old? You must be high. Now the right question would be why did they give a black woman's voice to a white woman

I think what's really funny is that the voice is inconsistent. I don't know if it's a deal with the other characters but when you pick Blaze, she does sound older saying her name and ♥♥♥♥ but ingame she sounds so Japanese lol.

im talking about her battle voice. do all of her special moves, and tell me again that she doesnt sound like a 12 year old anime girl.

I think they used old voice bites for her to make it cheaper, IDK..... its just a thought
