Yeah Celendrin, I fully agree with you.

Axel was also one of my inspirations to take weight lifting and martial arts as part of my life.
It's so natural for us to stay in shape if we have constantly practiced through the years, it's like second nature, no way we would let ourselves go like that.

Unless they are playing a story angle that Axel is suffering some heavy depression, maybe.

Mr. X killed Axel's daughter, Axelina.

Am I the only one whos does not like how Blaze looks in SoR4? For me she looks fat with saggy breasts and completely unnecessary jacket.

IMO best done Blaze are her mods for Mugen know as Cang-Long and A-shi.

Welcome to the club, LOL.

There's a big difference between fat and thicc.
Celendrin Mar 10, 2020 @ 5:46pm
Umm,

lol, not trying to instigate some kind of 'straight vs non-straight' thread here but actually (lol..)

in logical rational terms it actually is possible to be 'overweight' and still be 'hot',

versus be 'overweight' and not be hot,

it has to do with proportions, the fat distribution.

That's due to estrogen (the hormone that causes ovulation, healthy birthing, and bazillions of other necessary for life factors for both the mother and the soon-to-be-baby),

if you're high in estrogen (fertile etc) the fat distributes in 'hot' places, like the rear, thighs, cheeks on the face ("baby fat") etc,

if a person is low estrogen (i.e. post-menopausal etc, for 'obvious' references) then the fat goes mainly in the mid-section.

This is well known to be the 'apple' versus 'pear' thing,

where the 'apple' fat (which is round, like a person carrying around a lot of gut fat) is 'unattractive' (and YES, most definitely unhealthy, this has been shown in bazillions of studies now, clearly),

and the 'pear' fat (lower mid-section fat but high butt, thigh etc type fat distribution) is 'hot',

and YES, this has been shown in multitudes of studies to be 'good', at least not 'different' than a person of equal 'shape' (proportion distribution) but lower fat (total fat weight).

So,

yeah, anyone mentioning (I myself haven't seen pics of blaze in other games) that it is possible to be 'thicc' and hot has a definite point,

it simply relates to the proportions (fat distribution) that high estrogen (vs low estrogen) creates.

(and yes, same thing applies to testosterone in guys, but that's another post lol.. : P.. )

No (I think I mentioned it?) I never seen the 'Blaze' versions you guys are talking about,

(so I have no opinion on how she looks relative to what you guys were talking about),

I just wanted to put in that there is a basic rational reason why some women are 'hot' even though they're supposedly 'bigger' whereas other women who weigh the same are not.

This is exactly the same as those pics of guys side-by-side exact same weight but one's ripped and chiseled the other's out of shape fat etc..

It's hormones etc.. (and yes for a guy's testosterone to increase he needs to work out etc, yes it's 'working out' but ultimately that causes an increase of androgens and that's what causes the muscles to grow and all the other 'male' effects etc)

Couple of questions, it shows you quoting me but I never said, "Science over 9000", did you add that?

Also post a pic of what you guys are talking about I'm curious to see,

cool thanks

SoR 1-3 Blaze has perfect body with proportions around 90-60-90

But I even prefer her mods I mentioned in first post where she was with ~100-60-90 and still perfect shapes.

SoR completely ruin her proportions and her breast are just saggy. And this is not really attractive for me. But if other people find it attractive... it cannot be helped.

Well from what I'm getting you guys are talking about this game?

lol it's hard to read cause I'm not getting which versions you guys are talking about, but basically you guys are saying the Blaze in -this- game (SoR 4) is fat?

Okay so I looked again lol I mean she's gorgeous lol, yeah I can see the difference though you guys are talking about in the earlier versions she was 'tight' like barely any fat at all,

like someone who's really fit and athletic.

This version she looks 'real' like realistic actually like someone who's not a super martial artist etc in the gym all day lol,

I think she's 'hotter' in this game (SoR 4) but that's only cause she's got more thigh abundance, overflowing with soft sweet estrogenic goodness.. (LOL!!!)

But yeah she is hotter to me in this one only because she looks more 'feminine', but in terms of kicking butt I can see how some people might think this one is too 'normal' looking.

All the versions are hot that's not the issue, but yeah if you want a more toned 'super-hero' look and feel I see what you guys are saying.

The artist I would say did a good job on this Blaze in the sense that it looks more 'real', but in going for that 'realism' look he screwed Axel over, like he stopped going to the gym or something.

I do see what you guys are saying though she too looked like she cut down on the squats lol.

In terms of hotness though doesn't make any real difference (just one looks 'softer' than the other).

Pozhinateli Mar 11, 2020 @ 12:52pm
Even her name - Blaze suggest she was not supposed to be "soft" but sexy and kick ass.
FOXDUDE69 Mar 11, 2020 @ 12:52pm
No wonder anorexia is a thing when people honestly think Blaze is fat now. This is hilarious.
Celendrin Mar 11, 2020 @ 1:09pm
Ser-hat lol I was re-reading your posts and in all fairness (and ironically I don't mean for us or you or people debating about the game - I mean to like all the girls and women by-standers reading this - )

I think people need to realize she's not 'fat', she's (yes although not completely 'aerobicized') very hot in a extremely well drawn 'normal' sense.

I remember in high school a girl talking to someone about this topic exactly, some guy was saying how some cartoon girl was 'hot' etc and this young woman told the guy,

" look you know boobs don't go like that, they sag in real life ".

I think (lol hate to say it) it comes down to the artist being 'so good' that he actually included gravity in the way he drew her out (LOL!!..),

I mean if you really think about it it's like she's not wearing a bra or something.

People are getting so used to these video game cartoon caricatures that (especially if you don't see females in 'real' life, up close without makeup, elastics and spandex etc)

we're all forgetting boobs aren't normally perfect circles that seem to float on their own with legs that are steel etc.

I mean remember I do agree Blaze looks perhaps 'less heroic' in this game, especially compared to the other games,

BUT, to start telling everyone "this Blaze is fat and that's that anyone who thinks she's hot is wrong' etc,

lol that's over-stepping the line, cause now you're giving all the females out there (who are absolutely gorgeous to even come close to looking like that) a massive complex,

making them think, "so wait if I have thigh fat I'm ugly and fat? My boobs are supposed to be massive circles?.."

That's not fair to them lol.

I'm being serious here that's how people get complexes that can really screw up their psychology in life.

So yeah, if anything we should be telling the artist to remember to draw in bras lol, otherwise she's gorgeous (though admittedly less athletic) and yeah just be careful how we phrase things,

Everything we say and do goes out into Karmic space and out there is somebody's sister reading these forums and getting her head messed up with absurdities lol.

This Blaze is less heroic than the other versions? - Yes

Is this Blaze fat and ugly? -- Absolutely Not (!!) -- She's gorgeous but in a less toned less athletic way.

Ironically Alex is the guy that could've looked the exact same (if not better, with bigger legs..) cause it's muscle that defies gravity lol.

anyways, (sorry might've seemed rantish but putting that out there cause I have/had a big complex about my height my whole life,

and it was mainly the constant barrage of 'over 6 foot' guys I was exposed to in the media that did it.. )

Celendrin Mar 11, 2020 @ 1:10pm
Lol Foxdude nailed what I was trying to say in my half-an-hour post lol

exactly..
Celendrin Mar 11, 2020 @ 1:18pm
Ser-hat Foxdude is exatly right,

What you're forgetting in that last post (about 'yeah right skeleton girls suffer for nothing cause dudes like fat chicks etc)

is that the -Media- is the driving influence of all this.

People (normal straight males) have repeatedly tried to say "This Blaze is hot",

you came with "She's fat she's ugly etc" (obese/fat, same thing to a bystander reading this),

that as a whole doesn't matter too much the point is that in reality most people are inundated with media 'messages' (visuals, sights, sounds, etc),

if girls constantly see unrealistic weird massive circle boobs etc characters they're going to compare themselves to that,

if a guy comes out and 'reinforces' that perspective of thinking (like you're saying - "this Blaze is fat!" ) then she's going to 'confirm' her own insecurities,

i.e. how I would 'confirm' my neurotic bias that 'girls only date guys over 6 foot' whenever I saw some girl I liked with a guy over 6 foot.

From there you get a complex etc,

So when girls see these games and read these forums if they're neurotic prone (which is very common cause we're all pretending they're little kids when obviously they're young women and don't have any suitors etc)

(loneliness breeds insecurity) -- then they build complexes and soon begin to act it out.

Look at all these ridiculous youtube 'make-up' channels etc.

Girls are thinking they need to make the Kardashians super mega rich (what one of those Kardashians got 10 million or something by the time she was 20 cause she had a make-up channel? pfft give us a break..)

cause they feel they need all the make-up to compare to all the media models they see.

If you put the average girl in a room with normal guys most guys would say she is hot, period.

But girls aren't realizing that nowadays cause of exactly what's going on in this forum lol.

anyways lol psychology is good lol helps sort out the behaviours we see in the world nowadays,

sorry for the long post lol..

I don't understand this talk about real life. That is a game, not real life. And Blaze is ionic character of fiction game, not common girl.
Celendrin Mar 11, 2020 @ 6:01pm
poz it matters because how people propagate their thoughts (i.e. messages left in forums, the way media portrays things, etc)

affects people's sense of self-esteem, identity etc,

that's why there's a big agenda nowadays to remove muscular 'masculine' guys from games, movies, books etc nowadays (unless they're doing 'bad', being creepy etc)

because that's how general society will become

(there's a big issue with guys feeling insecure/inferior etc cause the male role-models are systematically being removed to make society more passive in general, under the pretext of 'female power'.. )

What me and Ser are talking about more specifically is how females/girls are affected by it

(note how I address both genders here, I'm not 'bias' for or against any gender so nobody start bashing me as 'hating' anyone or anything please, lol..)

Ser Hat I'm gonna get to your post soon I'll need to take the time to read it but need to finish something atm,

cool
