I can't customize my character!

When I open the customization screen, I can't choose things like hair or eye color, when I change them, the character is still the same.

I believe you have to have the correct type of armor on. Certain Armors are literally just Skins, not actual armor. Though I agree you should be able to change all the "Skins", not just the ones you can customize because they are the baseline skin of the game.

Thank you Xysh. That was the issue. I was trying to modify an Issabel Cosplay armor which does not work.

I assume that if you are using certain armor (ex: Issabel Cosplay) you can not customize. I switched to one of the original (non DLC) armors and then I could customize horn type, eye color ...

Ah, I believe there is a glitch where you have to scroll through the options and back over them for them to pop up. Happens to me. I have no idea if the Devs know about this glitch. It is where you are picking the custom paints for your skin, when you are switching through the options sometimes (all of the time basically) the skins don't like to appear the first time you look at them in the options. I also noticed eye glitches sometimes on police skin near the Glory skin, no idea if someone else gets this glitch.. ( basically glory eyelashes carry over to a few skins near glory skin).
Also you can change the voice of your character (In sound options for game - it makes you restart the game). I think the Issabel one is the best because it includes the naughty scenes voiced. Otherwise I would like the goddess voice the most, except it's just standard vocals in the naughty scenes and I think her voice is actually very quiet on most dialogue compared to Issabel.
Also some *things* don't line up when you are looking at ambient NPC's having "fun".
Just recently beat the game, got everything (all achievements) including all the cow items/skin. I still cannot find out how to get the Tan-line skin paints. I have all of the DLC's and this is just missing. I have no more ??? to unlock under paint..Attempted different skins and nothin'.

Go to Customization Tab - Scroll through the options a few times (for skin paints to actually appear). - it's definitely a glitch.
Best option - *Cursor over the paint option, then use arrow keys for me anyway*
Q/E also changes the menu's from Left/Right
