What does this symbol mean?

there is a symbol that I have not understood until now. So with the missions there are still symbols for what you haven't found yet, such as comics or statues, but there's another one where Vydija is on her knees and her hands are touching her head. Can someone specifically explain to me what you have to do about what anyway that's get?

Interactable NPC located somewhere within the level, usually quite easy to find and will have an interactable keybind showing when approached

just for adding to that.

as far as i saw, it's an npc thatalready do some sex stuff, masturbation or else.

some of them are usually NOT that easy to find, because theyare hidden behind locked door that you need to find the "switch" to open it, but with a bit logic and some smalls earch, it's not impossible to find
