I can't see the game

When i start the game it starts, but the desktop becomes black, i cant' do anything, but i can still hear game sounds. I tried to resolve the compatibility problems, and with "the game starts but isn't visualized" it worked, one time. Then i tried again and the desktop is still totally black.
