Level 16 "Energy Bar"

Im stuck, been stuck for awhile now. Some help from anybody who has completed this level?

Completing in general. Keeping the power under 40,000 fails and keep up with rush hour

Here is how I did mine (not optimized).

Use advanced assemblers on normal for chicken salad and beach burger. Your dispensers should be on auto so your assembly line should start production before the first order comes in.

To keep power consumption under control, use two electric grills only and keep them on all the time as they will be utilized most of the time. The trick I found is to share a grill between beach burger and chicken salad, and have a dedicated grill for the burger patties.

I don't think you can get away with two food processors for the chicken salad. But you should be able to manage with one for beach burger.

I've just been playing around with it a bunch - I was able to do it with actually just one grill on normal for everything, or 2 grills on power-saving as Eltia has described.

It is also very possible that one of the better strategies, as also alluded to, is to skip out on the order reader altogether and just tweak ingredient timers - This will save you the 500W per order reader

I think i might have the power issue solved. I have my Beach burgers constantly running and using a storage bin but the orders dont come in fast enough at the beginning and and food spoils. Have to it this way because the assembler cant keep up otherwise. Suggestions ? LOL

Food that's in storage bins won't spoil but will get infested on that level.

You can use Xterminators to remove infestation before the food items are lost.

I've found you need one dedicated Xterminator for each bin, or they might not Xterminate fast enough.

I was able to solve the level, including optional objectives using computer code to make my kitchen always produce enough food to keep 5 items in storage until rush hour ends.

I'm really stuck on this level, 2 nights now. Food doesn't stay long enough in the storage bins to satisfy upcoming orders without getting infested. Even if using the Xterminator by the storage bins, the reputation goes down. Haven't got a clue about the computer programming stuff. I've tried doing it with order readers but the assembly doesn't keep up with the orders during the rush and there's no advanced order reader on this level. The computer instructions are woefully inadequate. @Ken: Even with your screen shot above, it may as well be Greek. I never considered myself stupid but this game, although fun, is becoming frustrating.

I tried doing it with the beach burger and chicken salad assemblies running uncontrolled by order readers and into storage bins but the orders come so sporadically, slow, then to nothing, then to superfast and I get either insect attacks or having orders go late.
