Then I copied your exact layout and got the 50. However I use way more power and ingredients with the same layout regardless of the power options for the grills. The assembling machines have to be on fast-mode to get to 50.

I like how you've got 2 dispensers feeding 1 grill out to 2 assemblers. Might have to steal that idea!
1. Bent Robotic Arms are better whenever possible, because faster loading time
2. Having more dispensers than assemblers can be very important for amping up the speed
With those thoughts in mind, I ended up creating this monstrosity to complete the objectives as quickly as possible:

Finished with over 20 seconds on the clock still (Somwhere around 20.2 I think)
Also, note the combining of Burger with Cooked Patties to save money for the extra dispensers

then I cloned it twice and easy hit all targets with 12 seconds left. for the order messup just set a single dispenser to 6s instead of 5..
I'm curious if you actually got that last order out before you went over the ingredient limit.
Yeah... there's definitely more than one way to do it. I tried your layout and just couldn't get under the ingredient limit so I expanded to 3 assemblers so I could push more dishes out before a lot of ingredients were in the supply chain.
Most minimalist solution.
790w consumption with around 15s remaining time.
I found a better solution and also fixed the ingredients problem with your setup. It all about the robot arms turning angles and assembler output side.
770w consumption, 44.250$ spent.
