Fatal error

The game does not start, it gives me a fatal error on startup.
I reinstalled it but the problem remains.
All drivers are up to date and the requirements are perfect.
What happens?

if I'm out of the box or when starting up, immediately crash

That's because over 1/2 the time someone reporting crashes has a PC below the minimum spec. That needs to be ruled out first before wasting time.

That's because over 1/2 the time someone reporting crashes has a PC below the minimum spec. That needs to be ruled out first before wasting time.

That doesn't mean ignoring the people that have system above the recommended requirements and avoid every questions regarding the LowLevelFatalError that we encountered. It's been 8 months and they never addressed or even mentioning this issues every time they release a patch

Yeah man we had a right run around with Ride 3 sending in files... Trying this fix that fix... Milestone did nothing about it and then just ignored the posts that mentioned it. We got stiffed.

I would have been a launch day buyer for this too.

Dude, in ride 3 some people also reported the ticket they sent to their help desk was closed by Milestone for no apparent reason. Let's see if this will happen again

I have the same problem; MotoGP 19 Fatal Error Crash, and not part.
I remember that even with Ride 3 I had problems, I tried different solutions but I solved it only after 2 months, after an update of the Milestone game released in February, so the problem was never understood, even if now that works well anyway .
Now I find myself again with a new title of this platform that doesn't work.

Msg for Milestone:
could you check what kind of update you did in February for Ride3 and maybe understand where you have the problem, also considering that your latest titles are all the same or less?

I bought the game yesterday but i can't play because of fatal error.... only time attack works... I hope for a pach!...
the game crash often during the loading before entering in the track...
