Report a translation problem
On the colony screen, once you have built an orbital base and have designed a new class of ship, an icon that looks like a small blue wrench will appear. (look for it above the build queue)
This will allow you to access refit for any ship that qualifies currently in orbit.

Another question why does armor allways read ademantium armor no matter what armor tech i research ? Is this a bug or how do I change armor?
