What is SCP?
Maybe I missed a tooltip or something, but can someone explain what scp refers to?

That would be Space Culture Points, which the more you accumulate the faster you can unlock new space culture perks to give you bonuses, new abilities, free techs and even leaders. You can hover the purple Space Culture icon at the top to see what can help you generate more SCP in your empire.
