External Planet Construction
Hi guys,

Absolutely loving this game.. I haven't been able to eat, sleep, work.. anything haha.. so good.. takes me right back to being a kid in the 90s playing MOO2 instead of doing homework lol.

Anyway I was wondering can you construct a planet in a system that you DON'T have a colony in? Annoyingly there's a whole bunch of systems in my game with nothing but gas giants or asteroids in them and no world to colonise to get the build option to convert.

If's not possible then it would be cool if there was a way to do it. A couple of alternative ideas come to mind..

1. Adding the ability to the existing support ship. The support ship sacrifices itself (like a colony ship does) and converts itself to a planet construction site on your target of choice.

2. Adding it to the production options when clicking on an outpost resulting in it converting itself (and the location it was placed on) into a planet construction site.

Maybe make this 'order' 2-3x as expensive and time consuming as using the regular planet construction project done from planets.

Or just require 10 Support ships and an Outpost? Good idea.

Excellent idea.
Already in the game. Discover some dark matter. Its required so the tech doesn't show until you find it.

Thanks but ummm no.. clearly you've just read the title and not my post lol. Jeez at least put 'some' effort into reading a post before replying mate lol, however I'll go rename the thread title just for folks like you lol.
