infra upgrade issue - my plant is fully upgraded but it seems to show i have another upgrade

i can't pass the turn as it forces me to choose an upgrade on a fully upgraded planet
is there a way to force a turn even when there is an upgrade available ?

I did find a work around though , someone created a hack using cheat engine that no matter what happens , if you press the enter key the game will switch a turn
It has cheats in it , im not really intrested in those but if you want this work around , search for cheats for this game and find the cheat engine forum
I only use the Enter key to switch the turn option

I wish this option was available in game
All this "you must do this before you can switch the turn" design is really not great in my opinion

Did you use cheat engine prior to using it to resolve your issue?

Did you gain infrastructure through some kind of event? How did that extra upgrade come about on your already fully upgraded planet?

Do you have a save you can provide to the developers?

i did not use cheat engine prior to the issue happening - i only found the cheats after looking for a way to change the turn
I do not know how the upgrade happened happened but there was not text event
I decided to start a new game because despite the work around it was driving me nuts , i saved over the old game , i wish i had thought about saving the save game
it happened to me twice in two different games i kind of thought everyone will tell me its a known bug
In any case is there a reason why you force the player to upgrade and not allow the player to change a turn without upgrading ?

Just happened to me. Still broken. "Infra upgrade" button appears, nothing on screen, can't advance game. Waste of my time!

I'm sorry this happened to you. Can you please send me the save where you have that issue to [e-mail] where you have the infrastructure upgrade action and cannot proceed? Saves can be found in this folder: C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\LocalLow\Praxis Games\ISG\ Also, if you can send me the save in the turn right before this happened or a few turns before, that would also be very useful.

Also, any details you can give me will help understand what may have caused this issue for you. Was the infrastructure upgrade a result of normal infrastructure development? Did you obtained it via an event bonus? Where there multiple infra upgrades involved for different colonies? Was it as a result from applying the 'Colonial Restructuring' unique ability? Let me know.

So, is the event that you let select extra infrastructure buggy?
In my current game i had this event 1 or 2 times and selected the extra infrastructure.
Don't know on which planets it was but they are not finished right now.
So is it possible that i will also get this bug?

Shouldn't be a problem with the events that grant an infrastructure level up because those are triggered when the colony is founded, or only a few turns after. So, don't worry about that. Let's see what guslane can tell us about the issue he got, about the context and what he can provide in terms of saves and all the details he can give us.
