Alright. So.... Tried killing a tiny oni and I only been able to take 10% or less from its hp. Using Nyx, Kon, and Klien they all are lvl 99 now. I mean if I need to use others I can lvl them up from the farm before Peppy Jack. But srsly he one shots you XD.

Having trouble killing him. Any hints/strategy?

When your party members reach past Level 99, the best thing you can do is start alchemizing stat-up items for them via Ven. It requires Mog Essence, which you should have accumulated throughout the game. Create the food items to boost all stats by +2 each time.

There's also an equipment-type item you can give a partner that boosts their stats by +20 if you catch 39 fish for Fang.

And, if you have maxed out DNAs, you can show them to Zheng at this point and learn new moves. I've seen people use the DNA Fragment moves a lot during the Peppy Jack trial!

I found the Bakunawa (Tate) transformation very helpful for Peppy Jack, since she casts both health regen & a lot of debuffs which are especially helpful when combined with Io’s attack booster. One of Nyx’s DNA fragment moves is White Thicket, a defence debuff, which is handy too. (Thanks to the lovely Quinn’s Beans on discord for the amazing advice & pointing out how great the Bakunawa is!)
