Hello, can somebody please tell me how to get rid of the guy blocking the path to the skateboard, he says he's waiting for a shipment and I've already talked to everyone by now. I got to the broom closet and out as well. all I have now is the petition slip. whenever I talk to the bird he keeps referring to the skateboard, which I can't reach. I've watched several walktroughs but all of them got to the skateboard after signing the petition.

If get behind the bar you find a secret entrance, it will put you behind the counter inside the bar, there you can take a peanut from the bowl. give the peanut to the guy in the elevator, he'll allow you to ride the elevator with him. you'll be lead to the floor with the broom closet.

get the coconut from the tree, sell it to guy in fruit store, get mashed potatos from machine in convienience store, give it to crab, cut tape on roadblock

it took me a while cause i didnt even notice the coconut till i just started checking everything

its been a minute, but i think you have to put glue in it as well, you get the all the stuff you need to finish the council in the building
