right-click on the game choose "properties". Switch to the "language" tab and change to desired language.

Why some moderator removed my previous comment? I don't get it. OP has a pirated version of the game and as such he should not be helped. If you look at mokhtar_jamali's profile you will see his games - Dota 2 and Zero Gear demo. That's it. The name of the game in OP clearly suggests a fishy version, so don't help him.
