since your a robot in foundry would it be possible to have a 'closet' of different robot bodies that are specialised in different things (like a digger model body that has the ore scanner constantly on with dual drills to dig faster but cannot build)

I have very mixed feelings about the game in its current state ;) On one hand, the game borrows a lot of different features from many other factory automation games, but also hold its own so you don't feel like you play a clone of something else. On another hand, going through progression is exhausting - the terrain generation is annoying, mountains everywhere! tiers 1-3 fly by pretty quickly. T4 is taking me more time than all the previous ones combined. Also two different "questing" systems is weird.

I think this is great idea and it fits perfectly into the game, as well as it does not seem that hard to implement.

I didn't really understand most of what you wrote (what questing systems? lol) but...I totally agree with this. Mountains are excessive and everywhere. Starting from my 3rd playthrough on, I just give myself the jetpack immediately...it's too painful and I won't go through not having it again. Hope they add some map generation options at some point.
