Steam Turbine

Hey everyone, I'm at the point where I want to expand power infrastructure, I am creating a turbine for the first time. I have made a boiler and all additions to make the steam and lined the turbine up to the boiler. once connected I can see the steam in the pipes going to the turbine and the Tank. but the turbine says that nothing is connected. Any thoughts?

NVM. You need to add a Transformer and power poles. Works fine now

my steam turbine still says "no grid connection", it does not interact with poles whatsoever, neither with a transformer. how did you set up your grid? is it all on low volt or not connected at all? Im going insane

If I hadn't played Satisfactory, I wouldn't have looked for a cable to connect, and just gotten frustrated that there's no option to hook up.

I just with you actually could set the inputs/outputs - it seems like it should be configurable based on the icons, but clicking on them does nothing and as soon as you set a recipe, they set themselves. So am I missing something or I just have to stick with whatever it defaults to?

NVM - just saw someone else's thread where they say there is a button. Most likely, it is like all the other hard-to-spot buttons...

NVM #2 - I haven't found any of these so-called buttons to change the inputs.

I have poles connected. One transformer on my low voltage grid. Turbine is not running. I have it set up just like in the picture in the docs.

You need to have two straight pipes going into the turbine. It wouldn’t run with my S bend.
