It is a false positive. Give it permission and restore the file if needed. I have several games that do this to my Anti Virus.

Dowser.exe is a data collector (not a virus) - What does it collect? - everything. --- Malwarebytes sometimes confuses such things and presents them as a threat. Whether you trust Paradox now is up to you.
