It's dependant on a number of factors, hard to say exactly. Check the panel on the miners to see the current rate.

depends on how far the miners have to travel to the ore
tops out around 60-65/s for tier 1, can be much less

And even with extra miners I sometimes noticed empty spot on the belts. Used logistic container as a buffer before main belt to keep it always full.
