Tree chopping sim

Given the game is an automation game, I find myself probably 50% of the time chopping trees and filling the insatiable need for power. We have drones/robots/machines for every process. why can't drones chop wood? The greenhouses are pointless by the way.

the tutorial bot even has stuff to say when you research it
you can automate this within an hour of starting the game

like any automation game, there is always that early "manual" handcrafting and fuel use. shortly into the tech tree, you gain your automated burner unit, but you have to research it. Unless you're completely new to factory games, in which case, interact with the tutorial.

You might have just got a bad seed. My first one started me in the middle of a jungle and it was awful, so I just gave up fairly early on and started afresh.

Well. Maybe this game is too complicated for you then, since you cant get off of "chopping trees" in the first 30 minutes like the rest of us.

in 1-2 hours you have automatic burner on ignium and no need to harvest trees
