Game doesn't start

when i click play, it tries to start but nothing it starting, and the button come back to play state

I had to manually install the Paradox launcher, you can find the exe in the steam local files for the game. You don't have to make an account or anything to launch Foundry from there. Pretty dumb.

I keep getting error - Cannot install another installation is running and have to cancel the install and the game goes back to green play button
