World Generator changed to demo ... demo seed?

I wanted to reuse the seed from the demo from january but the seed does lead to a different version. Anyone having the correct seed for that or one that is close?

P.S. I meant the seed they asked us to use in january.

UPDATE: Okay seed 1291284256 the one they asked us to use in january is not exactly the same but similar (suddenly you are in crater or something) but the outside with the two lakes north and south are there. So never mind.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that exactly, but they done some major changes and I assume the demo to the live version of the game would be quite diff now. But I can't tell you for sure.

Ahh good, yeah so worldgen changes, etc. Crater's might be new for me. I know the trailer the was one with the bot inside it, but maybe that was just for spawn only? idk

Well "crater" might be slightly exaggerated but you are surrounded by dirt in almost round vally hence crater. And the vegetation is totally different. But the world around it I recognize somewhat and even the resources from the demo seem similar.

I think there was worked on the mathematicals for the seed so you have to live with the "problem" that your old seed doesn't look like it was in the demo. But for your problem ... ther will be millions of worlds to explore.

The demo didn't have ore veins so most likely the world generation changed.

Not exactly "a problem" but I explored this region a lot and made a rough plan already this is why I intended to reuse the seed. I still take it because it is similar enough for me. As for the resources especially veins ... I will see.
