Move Water ?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know how to move water ? I am trying to setup a mine , but its under water .. so want to empty the hole I dug out ...

Any advice ? thanks ..

Not sure if you can "move water" in the sense you are wanting to. Regardless, you can just set up a mine underwater. There's no difference, above or under water. Robots can operate just fine under water.

Fill the entire hole with building blocks and then mass delete them. Water works the same as in Minecraft, it doesn't "flow" other than out of specific source blocks, so if you delete them by building over them it goes away.

Or just mine underwater, the drones don't care.

The elevator opening also had 2 blocks under water, the water doesn't stop flowing or becomes empty when you raise the edge above the water limit, the only thing that worked. Once fill the entire hole with foundation and extinguish it or fill it with soil and have it dug again

I have built a drone miner in water. it doesn't seem to affect it, it mined just fine.
