Distillation column with no power

Hello all, I am building the Olumite process and I have four pumpjacks on the Olumite rocks and four distillation Columns on a platform next to the Olumite rocks. I've run power from another foundation using towers and the pumpjacks are receiving power and producing crude Olumite. However, the four distillation columns all say "No power" and I cannot figure out why. I see no where on them to attach power and I believe they receive power from the foundation they are on. What am I missing?

Yes they get the power from the floor. Do you have enough power and a transformer on the floor? You might also need a waster gas tower hooked to them I believe. Have you done that?

Hey there and thank you. I have sixteen boilers and sixteen water turbines. I have the first four science packs researched but I need to work the Olumite to make the fourth science pack. How do I know if I have enough power? I don't have a transformer on the foundation but I'll try that. I don't have a waster gas tower hooked up yet but nothing is going into the distillation columns
