Linux Dedicated Server

I can install the foundy dedicated server with steamcmd on Debian, but the install folder does not contain any executables afterwards. Is there no dedicated server for linux available?

not yet... there is (at least one) docker implementation and something with Steam but i haven't looked into either... it has definitely been suggested many times in places where the devs read for such requests... there may be a Suggestions forum here and i know there's one on the official Discord...

Not sure how to do it within steamcmd, but in the steam gui client you need to enable force compatibility and set it to use proton so that it downloads the windows server. I'm using a docker that was already set up for it so i do know it works.

I am using the docker solution now as well. Works!
Anyone knows how you can change the docker Image to use the testing branch ?

where can one find the docker image to run a server? and does anyone know if a Raspberry pi 4 4gb work to run a dedicated server on?

I think a Raspberry will be a little powerless, but you can try. You can always tranfer the saves to another server.
I'm running a server, 50 hours of gameplay with 3 friends, the base is already big; it runs good with the docker solution of luxusburg, in a 2012 laptop I repurposed as server. Some desync issues, you need to restart before each gaming session.
I'm trying to find info about the transfer rate, I need to put it to max to avoid desyncs.

I just installed it on a linux server pc running AMP think that uses docker like others said... not tried it yet though.

why are most of the game-servers are written in Windows? noone is hosting servers on windows.... is it so hard, to compile linux dedicated server files?
