Storage Conveyors
How do you unlock the storage conveyors?

I have tried everything, researched all tech and placed everything in game but those conveyors are still grayed out and state that there is no cost to build them.

I thought it was considering they put this in the patch notes from Nov. 20th.

"Lowered and adjusted object heights for storage conveyor compatibility."

I just booted up public-test and it's showing up red in the UI for me
