On the bottom left, there is a sales icon, you click on that, it will display all the cars you have researched. Select the car you are producing, it will give you the option to select the sales price, by default it is 70% profit. Then you have to click on Release, or whatever that button is called.
Now, whenever that specific vehicle type is produced and parked in your parking lot, the sales man will try to sell that car.
In the salesroom above the display unit, there is a number, it will increase over time. That is how much interest there is in that vehicle. If the number is low, your salesman might not be able to sell it even if you have extra in your parking lot.
You can set the profit easily above 100% initially. Later on when interest drops you can start handing out flyers or other promotions. Eventually drop the profit margin a little. But... by that time you'll likely have already a different car researched and ready to sell that anyway.
