Photo Editor 6 vs Picverse

What's the difference between the two programs? I want to do basic photo editing such as making thumbnails, background removal, and cleaning up images. IS Photo Editor 6 good enough or should I get Picverse instead. PS. I also own Movavi Suite 2021 if that makes any difference.
