The fact is that in a simulation game it's a kind of a standard situation to have a threshold as a victory condition that is automatically triggered when reached. I honestly don't know how we could change that, if you think about it, in the most common scenario when possible... you want to win the game! :)
I'll think about this situation for Dealer's Life 2 (we haven't yet implemented Achievements there but the trigger for the victory conditions is the same) but if you have any suggestion or idea, please let me know!
Though I was careful to not upgrade myself fully (I couldn't remember if grand master was a game ending trigger so I wasn't going to risk it) or move into the White House, I completely forgot about the money trigger. Is there a way to implement a choice to advance without ending if it's an ending you've already achieved?
