how can u start the game

i refund it as i can't start the game, full black on screen after started. i see many reviews said it happen on win 11, but not win10, but i can't switch on win10 as one PC only. so do many have such issue? why they didn't fix it or post FAQ solution.

as win 11 auto HDR is turn on, so i know the game do start, but just blackscreen, no any sound, wait over 4 mins by checking steam record. i can close it from device management, just can't start the game

finally able to see the game, it take just so long to load the game menu, i doubt it is due to the cinema movie , it may be a 4k or 8k that make the loading of the game take so long, and no responding. pls add an option to skip this part, ppl would think the game is bugging if u didnt know that. it take me over 5 mins to log in the gaame every time.

i used HDD but storemi is already used. the game need a fix. the hotfix didn't solve anything, make a fully update for the issue.

i have to refund the game,, i didnt play it but just getting loading "glitch", it take already 40 mins from trials i prefer on testing of loading, the refund policy only give u 2hrs, but it took 40 mins from just testing on loading the game.not worth to buy it, unless u can put up with over lots of minutes to get into game menu.
