V-sync is best set through your gpu's control panel.
Also.... V-sync doesn't work through gpu's control panel. Always ==> 30-60 FPS ... 30-60 FPS ... 30-60 FPS ... 30-60 FPS in game. I have also checked it there before wrote here.

I need a constant number of frames. And this is NOT 30 FPS.... I do not need 30 frames per second, I need constantly more....
