About 18+, H-content, patch?

As far as I'm aware no Senran Kagura game has any H content, they aren't made that way. I'm sure someone will make a nude mod though like in other games.

nope, afaik I've not seen a single nip, nor camel toe in this game. I've been playing senran games for a while, and never once have seen anything of the sort, even though it may say partial nudity. I think partial nudity includes bikinis, and the bandaids you can put on as "clothing"

None of those games are expecting you to seriously get off on what you're looking at.

....Senran Kagura has never been about hentai or nudity. They'll always get mods and stuff, though.

A lot of games have "partial nudity" because the girls can lose all of their clothing. But has those parts blocked by lights/images or whatever so you don't actually see anything.

Not that it is any of your business, I am well aware of all the free porn on the inter net webs. Though I do enjoy a nude scene here and there in my VNs. However I don't have a need to "wank" it. I enjoy girls with real flesh and realistic breasts not the gigantic breasts you often come across. Personally I think they are comical when they are drawn that large. Each to there own.

There would be nothing wrong if this franchise decided to showed a nipple or a camel toe. Prudes that freak out over it need to chill out and realize that not everyone that enjoys nudity has a need to masturbate to every naked female or male if you are into that.

I apologize as well. I got flashbacks to the endless debates over what constitutes "nudity" from days long past.

The "partial nudity" tag is well earned, IMO, regardless of the technicalities.
The games get an M or 17+ rating due to sexual themes. It's only fitting to include something in the Steam tags to that effect.

As for your other comment, we've seen what the franchise looks like when they include nipples.
Just look for the Estival Versus OVA and the newer Shinovi Masters anime.
It worked well enough in the OVA, which has a decidedly playful tone over all.
But when they tried to combe a provocative nipple reveal in the various scenes of Shinovi Masters with a decidedly more serious tone, well, it was tonal whiplash and just detracted from the whole experience.

You're free to include the various nude mods from the folks at L Labs and see how that affect the game for you.
For me, it just doesn't feel quite right. But as with many things YMMV.

That's like asking for a porn movie to have a plot which is pretty ridiculous.

I do wonder though why they couldn't add (+18) but only exclusive for PC.
The game is ecchi and doesn't offer less than what anime counterpart of the same genre does.

Also, its a hard struggle to stay relevant in the console market with these type of games with all the censorship happening.

This, like all Japanese console games, does not feature any actual sex. Nor does it feature full nudity. Both of which are apparently not allowed by the CERO ratings board. If you want a Japanese game with actual sex in it, you'll have to look towards the PC games which aren't rated by CERO, but are rated instead by EOCS.
